Coastal Key Group was formed in January of 2018 of an already existing partnership between Drew and Amy, and then we added Anthony into the mix. We combined two existing, thriving entities. Drew Albert, originally from Danville, VA, has been a licensed Realtor serving The Grand Strand since 2012. Before getting into real estate, Drew worked in the golf industry where he was able to sharpen his customer service skills and develop an understanding for business relationships and their importance. Drew has been married to his wife, Emily, a Pawleys Island native, for 6 years, and they reside in the Murrells Inlet area with their dog, Sage and their cat, Roxy.

Anthony Caywood, originally from Canton, OH, has been a licensed Realtor serving the area since 2015. Anthony has been a local entrepreneur for many years, having owned the local bar, Island Bar and Grill in Pawleys Island for 10 years from 2007 through 2017. During that time, Anthony became a customer service expert and spent his time meeting and treating all of the people that dined at Island Bar like family. Anthony has been a member of the local community for 25 years, and in that time, has amassed a wealth of knowledge about what each area has to offer. Anthony resides in the Murrells Inlet area with his partner, Delaina, daughter Peyton, and their three pups, Bear, Abby, and Gunner.

Amy Campbell, originally from Princeton, WV, has been a licensed Realtor since 2012. Prior to becoming a Realtor, Amy was a catering and meeting manager for a large hotel and convention center in Morgantown, WV. Once Amy arrived in the area in 2012, she knew that her new career path was going to be in real estate. Amy took her managing expertise and attention to detail and turned that into a well-organized career in real estate, helping to make sure that each part of the transaction is handled with care. Amy lives in the Market Common area with her Grandmother, Shirley, and their dogs, Dillon and Beau.

Mary Kathryn Plyler is a South Carolina native spending her early years in Rock Hill and her youth in Seneca. Mary Kathryn graduated from Auburn University magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in elementary education. Her family took annual trips to the grand strand starting at a very young age. This leading to her move to Murrells Inlet after graduating to teach school locally for seven years. Her husband Thomas grew up in Pawleys Island and they have a one-year old son Jackson and a dog Fulton. Mary Kathryn has been working in real estate since early 2019 and is very knowledgeable of the area. Mary Kathryn’s passion for education is evident in her commitment to educating clients on the real estate transaction process.

Jim Lee was raised in Columbia, SC. He visited the Pawleys Island area throughout his childhood to visit his grandparents. Pawleys Island has been his home since 2006. Jim graduated from Hargrave Military Academy, then earned an associate degree in Forestry with an emphasis in Wildlife Management from HGTC. Jim has been working in the pest control field for the past 10 years, where he specializes in termite control throughout the entire Grand Strand. With this career, he has gained invaluable knowledge of the area and homes alike. Ready for a new challenge, Jim obtained his real estate license to follow in his family’s footsteps as a third-generation Realtor. He is hard working, motivated, energetic, and ready to help fulfill all your real estate needs.
