Scott and Tracie Kaplan are The HomeShore Team.  Scott, originally from the Chicago area, moved to The Grand Strand in 2015. Since his in-laws lived in Pawley’s Island, he was able to familiarize himself with the area and various neighborhoods.  Tracie has been an active member of the Pawley’s Island community for the last 23 years. Prior to relocating to The Grand Strand, Scott spent 35 years in the financial services protecting and focusing on the needs of families.  Tracie has spent her time caring for others throughout her nursing career.  It is only natural that Scott and Tracie bring their client-focused philosophies to their real estate practice. In their spare time, Scott enjoys local fishing, golf, and travel while Tracie enjoys the serenity of beach living. With the strength of a team, Scott and Tracie pride themselves on carrying the values of hard work, integrity, and outstanding client services in all that they do.  Scott and Tracie currently live in Pawley’s Island with several of their children and their forever puppy, Teddy Bear breed, Gizmo.
