Bob grew up a beach kid on a little island in southern New Jersey. While he loves the laidback beach lifestyle, he has always been a high-energy competitor who gives 110%. Starting in high school where he was a 7 time, multi-sport letterman (baseball and soccer), then as a member of the US National Luge Team for 7 years ultimately finishing 3rd at the 1988 US Olympic Trials and then as a nationally ranked masters cyclist and SC state champion track cyclist. Before becoming a licensed real estate agent, Bob was a successful real estate investor and still owns and operates several vacation rental properties in the Surfside Beach area. He not only loves to help people find their next dream home but also loves the investment side of real estate. Bob recently relocated with his wife Melissa from Charlotte to Surfside Beach.
